Online Purchases
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Please return the merchandise with original box, tags and sales receipt. Worn merchandise is non-returnable. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, a credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation
Returning Footwear
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox. Then inside of a seperate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s box tape it closed,or use as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and the shoebox are undamaged.
Returning Sale Items
Items purchased with promotion codes or Sale items are refundable for store credit only.
Refunds for items returned more than 7 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
Store Returns
Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought through physical Dr Denim STORES, Net STORES or USA Boutique STORES. If you wish to return the merchandise simply call our customer service toll free number 1-888-761-6520 or E-mail our customer service Info@drdenim.net and we will e-mail you a call tag form.
Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
Return Fees
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, you will be charged for the return label only. No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label. You will be charged a return fee of $8.00 upon receipt of your return. Only returns from within the United States can use the pre-addressed return label. If you are returning from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-addressed return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address below. If you do not use the pre-addressed return label, you will not incur the $ 8.00 return fee.
